Rates
$125 per 50-minute session
Insurance
We will provide you with an invoice for services so you can submit it to your insurance for reimbursement. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan if you have out-of-network provider benefits. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Do I have out-of-network benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- How do I get reimbursed?
Reduced, sliding scale fees
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis and based on family income.
Payment
Cash, checks and credit cards (via PayPal) are accepted for payment. To pay by credit card, go to the Make a Payment page. I will also bill your insurance if you have out-of-network provider benefits. It is your responsibility to check your benefits and obtain authorization for the services.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us of your need to cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked. We appreciate the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation to enable us to use the time slot.
